- Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) develops advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology, for the safety and reliability of our Navy’s submarine and aircraft carrier Fleets.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and maintain an active license to practice law in at least one state of operation (NY, PA, or ID).
- Must have experience with applications, licensing, voluntary disclosures, audits, and compliance programs related to export control and compliance
- Experience filing Electronic Export Information (EEI) in the Automated Export System (AES) for international shipments when EEI is required, coordinating as needed with freight forwarder/customs broker for export clearance purposes to include ATA Carnet and other international shipment logistics support.
- The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
