- The Event Coordinator /Administrative Assistant will assist with catering and special events at the United Nations in NYC.
- Responsible for planning in the conference center
- Ensures appropriate communication to operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual
- Ensure Audio Visual equipment is set according to customer standards
