  • Possesses the ability to use an estimating program such as "Planswift".
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  • Minimum 2 years of General Contracting Estimating experience, preferably in NYC
