  • AJobstaff is currently hiring for a talented and goal oriented individual for an internal opportunity at the Santa Ana Branch.
  • This is an entry level , long-term position with a lot a room for growth within the organization
  • Pay: $14-$16 DOE
  • Greets and welcomes incoming visitors and handles employment application in-take and date entry.
  • Answers, screen calls, retrieves messages and transfers call to corresponding departments
  • Responsible for all incoming mail correspondence and appropriate distribution in the office
  • Extensive data entry, filling and scanning,
  • Manages office calendar and confirms appointment for all office personnel
  • Facilitates current job opportunities information to job seekers and updates board of job openings
  • Works along sider HR Recruiters to screen , Background checks all new hires.
  • Replies to associates, customers and clients email and forwards information to superiors
  • Participates in Job Fairs, Marketing and community events with the HR Recruiters to promote job opportunities
  • Performs multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Assist in employees pay check distribution as needed
  • Promotes a professional and welcoming environment to job seekers
  • Updates internal database on a daily basis
  • Assist on other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a must
