- The Human Resources Generalist will support the Enterprise Human Resources operations and team by performing human resources related duties in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, talent and performance management, training and development, off-boarding, employee relations, and special projects and/or assignments.
- This position is considered Hybrid, which means that individuals in this position may work both at an approved Offsite location and Onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on Business Needs.
- As directed, participates in the recruiting, onboarding, performance management, investigations, corrective discipline, exit processes, and terminations for team members.
- As directed, participates in and/or completes investigations and employee relations issues through to
- resolution, including unemployment and/or EEOC claims.
