Division Head of Primary Care Sports Medicine

- The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Department of Family Medicine, the Department of Orthopaedics Leadership, and the NorthShore Orthopaedic & Spine Institute (NOSI) leadership team to recruit and clinically supervise the work of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Division including quality, patient experience, provider experience, productivity, and programmatic development.
- Ensure access for acute musculoskeletal conditions through the development and growth of the Orthopaedic & Spine Immediate Care program, and assist with further developing the referral of the continuity Primary Care Sports Medicine (PCSM) practices.
- In collaboration with Orthopaedic surgeon subspecialists, create or facilitate the development of NOSI guidelines for common or serious musculoskeletal conditions and monitor standardization of practice as appropriate.

- Academic appointment to the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine is awarded to qualified candidates commensurate with experience.
