  • Oliva, ProLogistix Associate Job Requirements Expected 20 hours per week (roughly, that can be flexible), Monday to Friday.
  • Hours can be anytime during business hours (8 am - 5 pm) but would prefer morning.
  • Would be mostly computer-based work, some greeting/working with visitors.
  • Would need to be capable of walking around the manufacturing facility to get information from employees, check inventory, etc etc.
  • Would require steel toe shoes.
  • All other PPE would be provided.
  • Responsibilities (no experience needed): Logistics: Schedule trucks to pick up orders.
  • Usually done by email, sending a carrier or broker the information for the pick up (date, time, number of pallets, etc).
  • Follow up on trucks that require it (are not on time, need more information, etc).
  • Call or email carriers as needed until the truck has arrived.
  • Complete shipping paperwork for trucks shipping to Canada.
  • Complete other shipping paperwork as needed (if the shipping person is very busy for example and needs assistance).
  • Enter shipping paperwork into the manufacturing system, send to corporate.
  • Other: Verify and then file customer paperwork.
  • This involves matching customer's purchase orders with invoices, stapling them together, and filing as needed.
  • Entering new customer orders into the manufacturing system, sending order confirmations back to the customer, and filing as needed.
