- The person in this role will take analysis and insights derived from multiple sources, including our cross-functional strategy, analysis, live services, and data science teams, to drive actionable strategies, strategic execution, plans, and recommendations across the internal studios organization and portfolio (including slate strategy, product strategy, and the approach to live services).
- You will also be expected to form great relationships with our cross-functional partners who dive deep on analysis and insights and the platform teams who are in charge of developing and optimizing the games platform, discovery surface, recommendation algorithm, etc and advocate for the needs of internal studios when it comes to the tech and tools required to launch and operate great live service games on the Netflix mobile download and TV/Web streaming platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and understanding of the competitive market for high-engagement feature design and live service programs, be able to anticipate and identify key emerging trends, and help our studios and our slate planning team be on the cutting edge of live service game development.
- Participate in phase reviews for the internal games slate to help ensure that game teams are properly resourced and set up for success with respect to all things PM, live ops, and analysis.
- Synthesize data and insights into recommendations that can inform our live ops best practices and content strategy decisions.
