- Maintain constant communications with the management team (President, VP and COO) regarding the status of all accounts.
- Tracking and managing employee timesheet reports and submitting them to payroll clerk.
- Experience with Web Browsing Programs, E.g., Chrome, IE, Google Docs, Mozilla
- Commercial cleaning experience preferably.
- Good disposition, Positive Attitude, Patience, Solution Driven Personality, Good Problem Solver and Flexible with the schedule and easily accessible past working hours.
- Billing and maintaining track of extra service projects and maintaining monthly budgets for each account and their expenses.
- Regularly sending emails to clients, client phone calls and bi-monthly meeting with clients.
- Managerial Experience to manage more than 90 employees.
