- With a key focus on individuals and relationships, the Director of Individual Giving is a key member of the Development Team. The director will have a $750,000 individual giving revenue goal that they meet through managing a portfolio of donors and prospects, cultivating new donors, and overseeing the planning and execution of cultivation events.
- As a member of the Development Team, the Director of Individual Giving will play a leadership role in this growth by cultivating and stewarding community members as individual donors to Bottom Line. You will manage the New York regions individual giving portfolio, support with planning and executing the annual benefit, and implement strong systems and processes to ensure a positive donor experience.
- A strong candidate for the Director of Individual Giving is someone who derives joy in building authentic relationships with donors and actively leveraging those relationships in order to secure financial support for the organization.

- In collaboration with the Managing Director of Development, and the Executive Director, manage the New York regions individual giving portfolio from prospect to stewardship, successfully meeting the regions $1.2 million annual individual giving revenue goal
