- The Director of Finance is responsible for driving the financial planning and control of the subsidiary or subsidiaries at all business sites by analyzing its performance and risk.
- Oversees and manages project cost and schedule for both direct and indirect projects ensuring that generally accepted accounting principles and cost accounting standards are being followed.
- The Director of Finance addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of activities including cost related CDRL's, cost control, scheduling, earned value management (EVM) reporting, pricing, financial reporting related to customer contracts, annual preparation of budgets and indirect rates, and the support of budget and forecast activities.
- The Director of Finance will report directly to the group President and is the primary advisor on all financial related matters at the group level.
- Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget by providing/analyzing predictive metrics and conducting financial analysis utilizing earned value management, schedule risk assessment, and other techniques/tools.
