  • Our Client Management & Evidence Strategy team is looking for a Director with demonstrated RWE/HE&OR consultancy and/or biopharma industry experience, strategic leadership, and communication skills.

  • The professional in this role must possess and demonstrate a passion for cultivating existing and new client relationships, growth and leadership of a research team, accountability for revenue targets and budgets, and identifying opportunities to enhance current business in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.
  • Cultivate existing and new relationships with senior level clients at pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies
  • Be a strategic partner, advising on evidence generation strategy, study design and data source selection
  • Grow existing client accounts and participate in business development including identification of new business opportunities, proposal development and strategic
  • Be accountable for company and individual revenue targets and budgets
  • Ensure high-quality client deliverables are developed in a timely manner such as protocols, statistical analysis plans, analysis results tables, presentation slide decks, technical reports, conference abstracts and manuscripts for publication
  • Provide oversight, training, and mentorship to junior client management team members
  • Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold the Genesis Research culture
  • 7+ years industry or consulting experience in RWE/HE&OR
  • Masters or PhD degree within a relevant discipline (e.g., public health, health services research, public health, HE&OR epidemiology)
  • Expert level knowledge of HE&OR and RWE research methods, including study design and analysis.
  • Global and US RWE & Health Economics and Outcomes Research experience preferred
  • Outstanding healthcare/life sciences industry knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm to learn and motivation to take opportunities to develop oneself and others within Genesis Research
  • Ability to effectively work in a matrix environment and flexibility to adapt to client project needs in a fast-paced entrepreneurial workplace
