- The Director will lead the administrative aspects of the firm’s annual compensation planning activities, including incentive compensation (cash and equity), act as a liaison to external providers, and work to effectively integrate all forms of remuneration into a cohesive reporting package.
- Provide strategic recommendations on base salaries, cash incentives, and equity compensation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Development, Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Human Resources, Legal, Chief Administrative Officers, and Global Mobility to establish and maintain effective compensation processes and policies.
