- Overview: Position will provide technical support for software systems to our customer base via telephone and telepresence technology.
- Additional field work may be required to support existing customers and assist in the installation at new sites.
- Organization Description: We provide software and system solutions for collection agencies, and accounts receivable departments within many corporations, that control the workflow, accounting, telecommunications and more.
- Effectively handle the call load, controlling the length of the call and time logging investigations to ensure all calls are answered Effectively manage multiple cases with competing priorities.
- Duties may include, but not limited to, creating end user documentation; providing end user staff training; remote system installation and configuration; remote upgrades; and SQL scripting.
- Windows environment: Excellent PC skills Working knowledge of MS applications and databases Working knowledge of OS’s (XP through 8) Troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software High level of MS Office knowledge Helpful, but not required, skills in SQL scripting
