- The night shift Disassemble, Clean, and Inspect (DCI) Technician is responsible for the methodical teardown and documentation of rotating equipment that has been received at the repair shop for repair.
- This critical role will work on a diverse range of rotating equipment including, but not limited to, BBx, OHx, vertical pumps, small compressors, Decoking equipment, and other high energy pumps.
- The DCI Technician may receive a technical package that includes drawings and other equipment specifications and then proceed to document their findings in an as-found report which is then used to determine the repair scope for the equipment.
- The DCI Technician must be very detail oriented and experienced in various failure modes to assist the engineering and estimating team determine an appropriate repair path for the equipment.
- Follow all routers and assembly procedures needed to accurately and DCI the received equipment
