- A Customer Success Manager (CSM) will ascertain customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans to drive business value through the LinkSquares platform.
- CSM's will engage customers via strategy calls and emails, securing buy-in for growth and resolving inquiries by aligning customers with the appropriate internal and external resources.
- The CSM will play a critical role in achieving LinkSquares' revenue growth goals, ensuring we successfully retain and expand our existing customer base.
