Responsibilities:Draft email correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and job ordersGreet and assist clientsAnswer inbound telephone callsPerform all other office tasksQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsExemplary keyboard skills.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
