  • We are a growing timeshare cancellation company seeking an experienced customer service professional.
  • It is preferred, but not required, that candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • The position would involve conducting welcome calls as well as monthly status updates with our clients.
  • You will also work closely with the Customer Service Manager as well as other members of the customer service team handling requests from clients by phone, email, and fax.
  • We will provide all the necessary training.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is a must.
  • Experience in the timeshare industry is a plus but not required.
  • Available Monday thru Friday (Afternoon shift has the most available openings)
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Able to work Monday thru Friday with little to no restrictions
  • Strong ability to listen to the client and advise accordingly
  • General office, computer, and administrative skills necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel; experience using CRM or database software is required.
  • Self-motivated with follow-ups and completing assigned tasks.
  • Good at keeping notes and setting tasks
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour
