- Generate clear and concise work orders and communicate full scope to Service Technicians,production teams, and trade partners.
- Interpret work orders received from trade partners and respond accordingly.
- Communicate technical information, progress, and expectations to builders, customers,production teams, and other trade partners throughout process of repair.
- General understanding of computer operations
