- Customer service manager for a trucking company.
- · Order entry and customer service for assigned accounts; related to confirmations, order tracking and communication using QuickBooks accounting software.
- · Must be able to work in a collegial environment in an open floor plan.
- Summary : Customer service primarily involving order entry, supplier and customer communication, and billing.
- · Associates or BA degree required with training in related subjects.
- Requirements : Our preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in customer service, office administration, accounting, or related field; solid foundation in Excel and previous experience with QuickBooks is required.
- The position requires excellent communication skills, experience in Excel and QuickBooks.
