- Hours may vary and will include a combination of AM and PM shifts, with emphasis on the busiest times within the Club with occasional weekends.
- JOB PURPOSE:The front desk is the first and last impression that members and prospective members see as they enter and exit the club.
- Customer service is key when welcoming and assisting members and prospective members.
- This position is an important step in providing a clean and safe environment for members and prospective members by verifying membership status and supplying many services needed by the members.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Directly supervising Front Desk staff and documenting verbal and written warningsMaking sure Front Desk runs smoothly and efficiently, that policies and procedures are being followed on a daily basis, and that staff is providing exceptional customer serviceProviding the monthly schedule for the Front Desk staff, as well as managing all Shift Change requests, call-ins, etc.
