- Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders e.g. clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices/facilities is essential
- Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and to process orders
- Receiving: ensure all documentation is verified and processed appropriately, in an accurate and efficient manner, while respecting all QA or legal liability requirements;
- Order Processing: ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner and according to the client’s specific requirements;
