  • Job Description : We are looking for a creative copywriter to write clear and concise copy for social media, email newsletters, websites, e-books, pdf resources, and ads.
  • Your words will inform and engage target audiences.
  • Our ideal candidate is passionate about writing copy that sells, is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail, and an avid researcher.
  • If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we'd like to meet you.
  • Rate : $20-30 / hour (depending on experience level)
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or related role.
  • Experience is valued over education.
  • Ability to create story-focused, long-form copy
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with social media, SEO, and email marketing
  • Ability to switch between multiple brands while maintaining appropriate brand voice
  • Strong research skills
  • Creative and solution-oriented thinker
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Degree in marketing, English, journalism or related field
  • Familiarity with commonly used style guides
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Must have multi-channel writing examples
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Creating copy and captions for multiple brand's social media channels
  • Writing, designing, and creating email newsletter campaigns
  • Produce long-format, editorial style copy
  • Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets
  • Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice
  • Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
  • Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
  • Conduct high-quality research and interviews
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach
