- Supports Director of Operations in the management and operations of the contract management system, preparation of legal documents, and assisting with general administrative duties in support of the legal department.
- Coordinates and participates in preparation of status reports, including management of internal priority lists and hosting weekly prioritization sessions.
- Monitors regulatory updates for escalation to Director of Operations, Assistant General Counsel, or General Counsel.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as needed.
- 2+ years relevant experience working in contract management or legal department, or a law firm or handling contracts in the purchasing department Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
