- This position is responsible for developing evaluations on current and future building space utilization based on LEAN methodology which will be used by senior hospital leaders in making decisions about room assignments, space remodeling, and real estate purchases.
- Further, this position will assist in the preparation and review of KPI tracking, regulation compliance, and cost management strategies focused on the long term success of the health system.
- One must be proficient in use of personal computers including word processing (MS Word), spread sheet applications (MS Excel), and database application management.
- Once hired, the individual must complete the following Huntsville Hospital classes through Corporate University within six months: Just Culture, Top Employment Traps for Managers, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People in Healthcare, Workplace Professionalism, Personal Style Indicator, and A Leaders Guide to Worker’s Compensation.
- With 971 beds, a specialized Orthopedic & Spine Tower, a Level III Regional Neonatal ICU, and the largest Emergency Department and Level 1 Trauma Center in the state with our own specialized Red Shirt Trauma Program, there are many opportunities to apply your knowledge and skills.
