  • Position Summary This role is a key member of our Quest Team, $100M Business Unit, located in Madison, Wisconsin.
  • This role will provide Design and Engineering support for dehumidification equipment currently in serial Production.
  • Identify, value, execute, implement, and document projects to support financial objectives, and support Root Cause Analysis of non-conformances in Production, remedy, and prevent recurrence.
  • What You ll Do Lead cost reduction projects for dehumidification equipment currently in serial production.
  • Conduct cross-functional design reviews to support growth and to evaluate non-conformances.
  • Create and deliver technical reports to 3rd party certification bodies.
  • BOM updates Provide technical support for product using Root Cause Analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements on the equipment and drive the projects.
  • Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year in Design or Product Engineering (includes internships, co-ops, and projects) Ability and willingness to travel up to 5-10% of time Desired Characteristics Exposure to Product Design Well-organized, self-driven, able to complete tasks independently, within budget, and on time.
