  • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

  • Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Analytics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration/Management
  • Certified in any of the following technologies: Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform
  • PwC's Workforce Portfolio is a suite of SaaS solutions that address digital upskilling, automation, people analytics, and other areas.
  • This role is responsible for providing product enablement activities to support a customer in their automation/analytics/digital transformation journey.
  • + Driving setup and design of automation and analytics programs within client environments, leveraging PwC products and services;
  • + Solutioning and/or building task level automated solutions as needed to accelerate client development;
  • + Delivering Digital Days (high level visioning sessions) and functional/technical bootcamps (detailed digital training);
  • + Supporting development of proposals integrating product enablement activities and broader consulting services engagements with product licenses;
  • + Drafting perspectives on product solution design / enhancements;
  • + Understanding the value of each product or offering within different client industries;
  • + Understanding the features and capabilities as well as technical architecture of each product;
  • + Coordinating with account teams and client stakeholders to set expectations for the work effort, technical steps, and resources needed to activate products for each client;
  • + Collaborating with the Product Manager and Development team to create activation run books, user guides, and other relevant end-user documentation, such as training materials, for each product;
  • + Collaborating with Customer Success team to ensure each product activation includes customer success accountability;
  • + Utilizing program and project management skills and ability to self-direct work;
  • + Preparing, communicating, and presenting complex written and verbal materials for audiences of all levels;
  • + Utilizing virtual collaboration platforms like Miro to facilitate working sessions internally and externally;
  • + Liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups, including senior stakeholders;
  • + Possessing proven business management skills, a deep understanding of digital technologies, effective interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, and uncompromising ethics; and,
  • + Demonstrating interest and enthusiasm for transformation.
