  • We are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join our team.
  • This position is responsible for all site supervision and coordination, integration and execution of assigned projects.
  • Candidates must be dedicated individuals with strong communication, management and organizational skills.
  • Proactively maintain a safe site
  • Supervise and coordinate all trades
  • Facilitate RFI's to the Project Manager
  • Create two-week look ahead
  • Forecast trade work and provide timely notification in advance for anticipated work
  • Inform Project Managers of possible Change Orders
  • Interface with the Client and design professionals
  • Post detailed daily reports on Procore
  • Carpenter trade experience (e.g. Ability to lay out partitions)
  • Ability to read drawings fluently and identify inconsistencies within drawings and specifications
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Teamwork and people skills along with the ability to represent the General Contractor at project meetings
  • A current NYC DOB Construction Superintendents License is a plus
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in Interior Renovation Construction, with a verifiable track record of completed projects
