  • Compliance reviews may be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
  • The Compliance Manager is responsible for gathering samples for periodic compliance audits.
  • Samples may be full samples or partial random samples, depending on the nature and scope of the review.
  • The Compliance Manager is responsible for preparing compliance reporting and presenting to their supervisor.
  • Compliance violations documented

  • Aggregate compliance scoring on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • The Compliance Auditor reviews existing policies and procedures, understands them thoroughly, and offers suggestions for clarification and improvement.
