- The Complaint Resolution Administrative Officer (CRAO) helps prevent and eliminate incidents of sexual harassment and other forms of sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and related retaliation.
- The CRAO habitually works collaboratively with numerous on and off-campus resources, including, but not limited to, Victim Witness Services, Office of the Dean of Students, Housing and Residential Life, NAU Police Department, Student Assistance Office, Office of General Counsel, Office of Inclusion (IMQ), NAU Counseling Services, Disability Resources, Human Resources, Faculty Ombuds Office, Office of the Provost, Flagstaff Police Department, and Health Promotions.
- Independently uses expertise to conduct intake of Title IX reports, including reports of sexual harassment or sexual assault and other sex/gender-based misconduct from faculty, staff, students, and others (alumni, community members, parents etc
- Serve as a Campus Security Officer and collaborate with the Clery Director for reporting purposes.
- Master's degree in legal studies, dispute resolution, or other relevant discipline.
