- POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the VP of Compensation, Payroll and HR Technology, the Compensation Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and management of MCR’s compensation strategy and supporting compensation programs.
- Support the design and administration of executive compensation programs, LTIP and equity compensation
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience providing compensation training and education to managers
- Masters degree and/or professional compensation certification
