  • This position provides both clinical and administrative supervision of the clinical staff and agency interns.
  • Must have the ability to think autonomously, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking.
  • The Clinical Supervisor should be ready to assist the Clinical Director with any issue relating to clinical staff.
  • As a clinical supervisor you will be interictal part of the executive team, which includes Clinical Directors, Human Resources, and CEO.

  • Must be a Social Worker or Counselor Board-Certified Supervisor.
  • Must be independently board-certified New Mexico licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • Job Type: Full-time exempt
  • Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
