- Active Steps is looking for individuals who are in a graduate program or who have a master's degree in the field of psychology, education, applied behavior analysis or related fields.
- This position will include in home and clinic essential services as well as telehealth services.
- Active Steps is a small specialist company focused on providing excellent behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as well as a range of other support and therapeutic services.

- We have the need for individuals who speak Spanish fluently although this is not necessary.
- We offer BCBA and QBA supervision hours!
- We are looking for individuals with an excitement for ABA, a dedication to quality and eagerness to learn and further develop their skills while growing into a rewarding career!
- We are looking for individuals who have experience supervising others, and experience completing FBAs and treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with Autism.
