- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable since experience in project management for process redesign or quality improvement is necessary for success.
- Prepare project reports, vignettes and presentations as needed by the Office of Clinical Affairs, project Executive Sponsor(s), project Champion(s) and project team members to facilitate consistent communication.
- Partner with the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs for project management relating to the Community Practice Division.
- Project management, communication, organizational management, and data analysis for School of Medicine initiatives as identified by the Dean of the School of Medicine or the Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs.
- Work with the Senior Associate Dean, Associate Deans, and the Director of Access on patient safety, quality and process improvement, financial analysis, and project design and implementation.
