- Description The Emory University School of Medicine and the Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta, Georgia seeks a board-certified Medical Oncologist with specialization in Sarcoma with a focus on the management of adult patients with bone and soft tissue malignancies.
- The Sarcoma program at Winship incorporates dedicated clinicians from all pertinent specialties (surgical and orthopedic oncology, thoracic surgery, medical and radiation oncology, sarcoma pathology, musculoskeletal radiology, and rehabilitation medicine) who provide multidisciplinary care to patients with sarcoma.
- Academic interests should include translational research, clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and/or health disparities.
- The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support graduate medical education and clinical research at Emory University Hospital Midtown (EUHM) and at our state-of-the-art cancer hospital on the EUH Midtown campus.
- Competitive candidates will have a strong clinical background in the management of patients with bone and soft tissue sarcomas.
