- The main responsibility is to assist the Sales Executive and Account Team in servicing the needs of our clients.
- The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of all phases of the renewal process and support that process as needed, along with the Sales Executive.
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive and Financial Analyst as needed; on benefit, cost, and plan design and market alternatives.
- Organize, outline and prepare in collaboration with the Sales Executive renewal and other benefits-related meeting presentations.
- Lead marketing efforts from beginning to end, including collecting necessary data/information, drafting proposal requests and preparing summary exhibits for the Sales Executive to present.
