  • Employee will report directly to the an assigned Client Services manager but interacts with a wide range of staff.
  • Work includes tasks related to a variety of client based requests and typically involves (but not limited to) data entry, problem solving and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Position may require help in areas that are outside of day to day functions to achieve client driven requests.
  • Also includes: Projects of moderate scope and complexity, such as completion of small to medium sized projects.
  • Day to day work is performed with general instruction, including new or unusual assignments.
  • Independence and initiative are required components of this position.
  • Data entry, commit inventory and confirm accuracy of orders for the warehouse.
  • Assignments are varied and involve regular use of judgment and discretion based on Overall knowledge of the system.
  • Assignments and projects often involve coordinating with other work groups to gather routine information or solve problems.
  • Thorough knowledge of office methods, procedures, systems and practices.
  • Fluency in using standard MS office software packages.
  • Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling for written communication.
  • Ability to learn, interpret independently, and apply a variety of medium to complex policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, etc DaVinci and WMS Experience is a huge plus.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of these system will receive higher compensation.
