- We serve children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, children experiencing mental health challenges, children who cannot remain at home and require foster care placement and children who are Unaccompanied Refugee Minors who come to the United States from around the world and whose lives have been torn apart due to conflict and oppression.
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will work closely with the Executive Director to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, agency strategy, and hiring needs.
- The COO will develop actionable strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Executive Director.
- m aintain knowledge of and deploy resources to insure that all programs are in compliance with regulatory mandates,
- serve as an advisor to staff, clients, and board members in both a professional and technical manner, including advising in human resource decisions and processes, budget preperation and reviewing AP/AR, and assisting with program development.
