- Working knowledge of BC’s healthcare context, primary care, clinical systems, information technology and/or health information exchange standards;
- Self-motivated team player who can build relationships and maintain productivity in a hybrid or remote working environment;
- Specialized change management, stakeholder engagement, agile and/or business analysis training or certification (e.g. PROSCI, IAP2 etc.)
- Previous experience in the areas of primary care, electronic medical records, clinical information systems, and transitions in care;
