- A full-time Investigator / Case Worker position is available with Liberty Healthcare and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Adult Protective Services Program.
- As Investigator / Case Worker, your role will focus on ensuring the wellbeing of others.
- Travel will include Philadelphia, Chester, Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.
- Adult protective services training is provided to new hires.
- Relevant experience includes work in these areas: Behavioral health, mental health, or intellectual and developmental disabilities services Field-based healthcare or human services Service Coordinator, Supports Coordinator or Program Specialist roles Child, Family and Youth Services case management experience (County CYF) Law enforcement Case management or other protective services This position will require you to travel locally and regionally, so you must have your own vehicle.
