- Ensuring compliance with CM standards for department Contractors; addressing inquiries, providing resources, and assisting in addressing/documenting concerns from external customers including members, providers, families, the general community, other state/local agencies and stakeholders; and ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of complaints.
- Monitoring and resolution of member specific and policy related issues at the Contractor level.
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or other related healthcare field.
- Three years of professional experience related to health programs, case management, needs assessment, as appropriate to the assignment.
