Position will provide support for phone and software systems to customer base via telephone and telepresence technology.
May include creating end user documentation; providing end user, administrator and technical support staff training; remote system installation and configuration; remote upgrades; network monitoring and troubleshooting; SQL scripting; and automation using custom SQL queries.
Additional field work to support existing customers and install new systems also required.
Familiar with T1 and SIP communications
Provide hardware and software support.
Provide excellent customer service with tact and diplomacy over the phone, via email and using remote desktop control applications.
Document, track, and monitor help desk tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
Assist in building, configuring and burn-in of server hardware and equipment to support software applications and telecommunications.
