  • A BDR is responsible for generating leads through proactive outreach.
  • They will be held to call metrics and appointments set on a daily and monthly basis.
  • A BDR is comfortable with outbound cold calling, connecting with potential clients to generate interest, and scheduling demonstrations for assigned Account Executives.
  • Our ideal candidate has an impressive track record of generating leads in the B2B SaaS Industry.
  • Cold calling, prospecting new leads and follow up emails are all part of the day to day.
  • This is an ideal position for someone who is highly self-motivated, competitive and who wants to grow within their sales career.

  • Starting out as a BDR provides the opportunity for the natural progression into our Account Executive role.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Source new leads through cold calling/prospecting
  • Follow up on leads to find new customers
  • Use CRM to move prospects to leads
  • Use other tech stack productivity products to generate leads
  • Transfer qualified leads to assigned Account Executives
  • Consistently meet or exceed call metrics/KPI?
  • Continually learning software updates to be a SME
  • Pitch value proposition to generate interest
  • Schedule client discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Send follow up emails to prospects
  • Ask for referrals
  • Use of case studies
  • Positive and energetic phone skills
  • This position requires someone who has experience making 100-150 cold calls a day
  • Proven record of generating qualified leads
  • Solid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to manage lead opportunities
  • Experience with sales tech stack enablement tools like outreach and sales loft
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota-based metrics
  • Exceptional presentation and listening skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Must be metrics and KPI driven
  • Must be highly competitive and like to win
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to think on your feet and have a high sense of urgency
  • Software/SaaS/tech sales preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have time attendance, payroll software, fleet or other applicable backgrounds
  • High school diploma required
  • s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of appointment setting or BDR work
  • Must have experience making 100-150 calls/ day
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and crouch; work with computers and other office equipment, talk and hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to climb and lift 50 pounds.
  • The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
