- Proactively identify new business opportunities within federal environment Perform market research to qualify new business opportunities, including analysis of customer budget, capabilities required, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses Federal requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract
- Participate in business planning activities, to include periodic pipeline reviews, operating plan development, bid agenda development, opportunity gate reviews, black hat sessions, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal reviews
- Supporting diverse portfolio of products and services, which comprises responsibility for all aspects of business development to include strategic capture, proposal operations, and market strategy within the Federal Civilian market
- Lead and participate in bid decisions, phase reviews and the development of cost strategies for the Federal Civilian market.
- Play a key role in the development and execution of the long-term strategic plan for Federal Civilian market.
