  • Our nurses are trained to educate and guide individuals to the right healthcare providers and services for their needs.
  • The Business Analyst works on the Development team to analyze, design, and support 83bar’s software platform.
  • The Business Analyst must have knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) including: requirements development, design specifications, solution development and testing, support, and training.
  • This position reports directly to the Product Manager.
  • New Feature Analysis
  • Responsible for analyzing and designing new product features and enhancements
  • Define requirements by researching existing client needs, subject matter expert knowledge, competitive products, industry trends, and similar software solutions
  • Provides research and analysis on assigned projects to translate business and market requirements into functional requirements
  • Work with development to validate translation into technical specifications and implementation
  • Lead requirements and design walkthroughs
  • End-user advocate in the development process, interacting with end-users in determining functionality and features for assigned projects
  • Communicate new and current product features to internal teams and clients when necessary
  • Create user training, including screencasts, quick reference guides & documentation
  • Mentor teams in product features and their implementation for clients
  • Keep current on industry trends and technology solutions
  • Encourage process improvement within the development organization
  • Client Implementation Configuration/Support
  • Configure system to support new clients and changes to existing clients
  • Configure marketing automation logic for client campaigns
  • Document & Configure integrations
  • Provide internal support for users and clients with user configuration, fixing application configuration issues, and data issues
  • Triage and documenting user issues and coordinate with developers to resolve
  • Experience designing web based software applications
  • Experience with agile development
  • Experience breaking requirements into writing user stories
  • Strong logic, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to coordinate major activities
  • Must have excellent writing skills
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable level in presenting before peers and customers.

  • Ability to assess complex situations and provide creative solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
