- The Building Automation Controls Technician is responsible for completing service calls while maintaining positive client relations.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls on existing BMS systems.
- Perform necessary software programming, equipment start-up, tuning and calibration and commissioning of BAS systems.
- Be proficient in knowledge of following equipment: VAVs, Exhaust Fans, Unit Vents, AHUs, Hot Water Systems, Chiller Water Systems, and Lighting.
- Field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning, software integration operation, calibration and experience with pneumatic controls.
