  • The Brand Content Manager will work on the Sealy & Stearns & Foster brands to develop advertising content.
  • This position will define strategy, brief and direct creative resources and project-manage a range of marketing communications projects and advertising content inclusive of national TV and radio content for promotional and non-promotional time periods and supports co-branded content for retailer use.
  • The Brand Content Manager will define objectives and success metrics; managing agencies; establishing timelines and budgets; presenting in-progress and finished work to key stake holders and ensuring flawless execution.
  • The Brand Content Manager will excel at working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and cross-functional relationships.
  • This is a highly collaborative role that adds value by ensuring Tempur Sealy brands win at online and offline marketing.
  • Manages advertising content development and execution for the Sealy and Stearns & Foster brands leading work from briefing through final approval of content inclusive of TV, radio for promotional and non-promotional time periods and supports co-branded content for retailer use.
  • Work cross-functionally with team members including Media, PR, and the Brand Activation Manager to develop content that supports media and brand plans.
  • Assist in developing creative testing plans along with Media team.
  • Leads the creation of briefs, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manages creative development and production timelines.
  • Manages and coordinates the activities of agencies and suppliers.
  • Coordinates work in progress reviews from various channels/media and provides actionable feedback to content creators
  • Works with retail marketing team to review content for retailers
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, driving brand integration and message consistency across consumer touch points
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Management, Retail Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, direct-to-consumer, and other stakeholders
  • Supports claims development process with brand management and legal
  • Provides finished content, their usage rights and uploads for inclusion in Digital Asset Management system.
  • Tracks and manages production budgets to ensure accuracy of all costs.
  • Processes project invoices and tracks expenses versus budget.
  • Supports monthly, quarterly and annual budget planning efforts.
  • Facilitates legal approval process for advertising content, product and brand claims, and third-party reviews.
  • Ensure projects deliver strongly on brand standards, retail best-practices, and communication channel strengths.
  • Manages external agency relationships, including briefing, goal setting, performance management, reporting, setting and leading the strategic objectives and on-going management of activities to accomplish objectives
  • Other primary duties and responsibilities include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time.
  • This document excludes the marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties.
  • Ability to manage creative and production process to deliver against agreed upon strategies and objectives.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines and schedules; ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with team members at all levels and productively resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to multitask in high volume environment.
  • Attention to detail and great follow-up skills are essential
  • Confident, professional and positive demeanor
  • Strong abilities to manage creative resources with an acute attention to creative details.
  • Strong knowledge of creative production methods and processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
