  • We are looking for someone with a graphic design background to help us create simple and effective ways to enhance our client communication abilities.
  • In addition to supporting project work, B&D is also interested in developing new graphics that help us authenticate our brand.
  • Working closely with a Vice President, this position will allow someone to build their portfolio, combine design skills with brand and project strategy, and drive growth in an exciting company and rapidly advancing industry.
  • All B&D internships have the potential to convert to full-time positions.
  • Plan, create, and manage visual solutions for communications materials, including but not limited to proposals, reports, marketing collateral, e-blasts, and presentations that are in alignment with marketing and brand execution strategies.
  • Drive consistency in brand through the use of graphics and communications.
  • Implement and manage brand behaviors to reflect the elements of brand and core attributes.
  • Ensure seamless graphic communications to present a consistent communication experience from prospecting through project closeout.
  • Produce proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate internal and external print production ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Assist project team members with the completion of infographics to support planning, pre-development and/pr implementation assignments.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned with the effort and skills required to contribute to our continued growth.
  • Ideal candidate has recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or Branding.
  • Fourth year undergraduate students will also be considered.
  • Directly related work or educational experience in graphic design or related discipline.
  • Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

  • Comprehensive understanding of design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office application including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing and responding to day-to-day issues as required.
  • Detail-oriented yet capable of strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to work well with all levels and types of facility-related professionals.
  • Proven adaptability; flexibility, and creativity in supporting multiple managers.
  • Ability to establish and accurately maintain data management and other record keeping systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter who thrives within a team structure.
