- A Box Office Assistant Manager is responsibility for the oversight, development and running of a ticketing operation that emphasizes customer service and operates in a financially sound manner to meet the needs of the organization, its patrons, presenters, and promoters.
- Work with the Patron Services Manager in the area of public relations to maintain an informative, positive rapport with the ticket-buying public.
- Assist with the oversight of the processing of membership sales and renewals by the box office representatives.
- Work with membership coordinator to implement membership sales programs.
- Communicate regularly with promoters and facility renters and provide them with box office audit reports of ticket counts and handle all special ticketing needs including consignment tickets artist holds, fan club tickets and pre-sales.
