- Job Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant needed for real estate appraisal and right-of-way acquisition firm.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer, QuickBooks is mandatory, computer software, (Microsoft Excel/Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quick books is a plus.)
- Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, collections, preparing invoices, payroll, purchasing and receivables, Microsoft Word reports, Excel spreadsheets and miscellaneous property management task.
- QuickBooks experience is required; bookkeeping experience is required.

- This candidate will offer support for the Office Manager and appraisers.
- Candidate will also serve as receptionist (answers telephone, greets and directs clients and visitors).
